POLL: implimenting the new usage rule

The TFL voted in favor of immediate implimentation of the new usage rule 60%-40%.

The usage rule was definately a hot topic as both polls we had on the rule generated our largest voter turnout.

The new usage rule will take effect immediately, it is listed in the rulebook which can be found under the files section of the yahoogroups page.

POLL: Defenses

The TFL voted in favor of everyone using good/good defenses.

Good/Good received 57% of the vote.
Average/Average received 28% of the vote.
Average/Good or vice versa received 14% of the vote.

Schedule

In the Files section of yahoogroups is an excel file of the 2009 schedule. Please look it over and double check that nothing looks weird with your schedule.

You should play your division opponents twice, you shouldn't play anyone else multiple times.

The yahoogroups calendar

s The EX-DRAFT calendar has been written out. You will find it on the latest T&D file located on yahoogroups. Also under the Yahoogroups calendar you will find the dates for the EX-DRAFT.

In the FILES section of Yahoogroups you will find the latest T&D file. In it is the dates and times for each of the
EX-DRAFT.

The rookie draft will be run in the same manner. It will begin during the week at 9am. The first round will be at half hour incriments and will take one day. The second round will be at 15 minute incriments and we will go through two rounds per day. Both drafts start at 9am central time.

I tell you this because if timing is important to an expansion team you can go through and figure out roughly what time of day each of the rookie draft picks will be and you can draft the picks that work for you.
